REfresh is a series of one-day, in-person retreats centered on clergy self-care – and led by South Carolina clergy and lay experts – scheduled for April 29 and May 13. Each retreat costs $25 (which includes lunch) and is open to all clergy in the South Carolina Conference, but registration is required.

Bring a mask and prepare to safely social distance. Each retreat runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

April 29 – Camp Kinard Coastal Retreat

We often feel closest to God on the sand next to the ocean. We invite you to come for holy nourishment. You may take time to walk the beach, talk with friends, talk with a coach, spend time in spiritual direction, or simply sit with your toes in the sand.

Keynote: Rev. Wendy Hudson, pastor of Two Rivers UMC.
