The Cabinet provides oversight and direction for the work of the conference, districts and local churches. The Cabinet works prayerfully as a team to match the gifts of the pastors to the needs of the churches in appointments, which are fixed by the bishop at Annual Conference each year. District superintendents assist the bishop in creating a healthy culture that engages faith, the community and the connection, so churches are agents of transformation and grace.
