Communication is everything we do, say or show. As United Methodists, we need to understand how important communication is to our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

Technology is ever-changing and the tools for communicating are constantly evolving. To be effective communicators in a digital world, we need to learn and embrace new forms of communication and technology.

While print materials still play a role in church communication, urgency (and often finances) dictate that church leaders volunteers find their audience where they are living: online, particularly on social media.
