Registration is open for lay and clergy members of the 2020 South Carolina Annual Conference – set for October 17 in a virtual format.

All lay and clergy members must register by September 25 to be able to participate and vote in this first-ever online session. Lay and clergy members will be provided with a Voter ID number – which is required to cast an Annual Conference ballot – only after they register.

Lay and clergy members are encouraged to participate in one of two training sessions – Oct. 14 (6:30 p.m.) & Oct. 17 (noon) – designed to help familiarize them with the virtual procedures that will be employed during Annual Conference.

Clergy who participated in training for the Aug. 1 Clergy Session likely will not need to repeat this training, but are welcome to participate as a refresher.

Lay and clergy members also are encouraged to prepare now for the Annual Conference session by reviewing reports – both written and video – and other materials posted on our AC2020 page. You also can submit questions about those reports by email in advance of AC2020.

If you have any questions, please contact the Office of the Conference Secretary at conferencesecretary@umcsc.org.

All lay and clergy members must register online to participate.
