During the season of Lent, Spartanburg District churches are working together to help lessen the burden for families recovering from health issues as their medical debt is forgiven.  Each Wednesday during special worship services they are collecting an offering for South Carolina Medical Debt Jubilee.  This effort is part of RIP Medical Debt, which relieves $10,000 for every $100 donated.  Everyone is invited to participate, even if they are unable to attend the services.  Click here to donate and learn more.
