New this year for Lent, several Spartanburg District churches will host Lenten services on Wednesdays beginning March 9. Each service will begin at noon and will run about 35-40 minutes. These worship experiences will include hymns, special music, and a meditation from the preacher for the day.

March 9: Central, Rev. Sheila Elliott Hodge
March 16: Bethel, Rev. Andrew Wolfe
March 23: Silver Hill, Rev. Brad Gray
March 30: Trinity, Rev. Cam Treece
April 6: St. James, Rev. Michelle Cockcroft
April 13: Silver Hill, Rev. Cathy Mitchell
