Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Augusta, Georgia, is looking to innovate to reach new people through kids’ ministry. We have two areas of concentration: (1) Rebuilding our traditional kids’ ministry (Sunday School) and (2) Outreach ministry to connect with families that may not be as open to traditional church offerings (We recently started Messy Church.). These two responsibilities could be handled by one person (24 hours a week with compensation of $22,000 a year) or two people (12 hours a week with compensation of $11,000). Contact Rev.
