Job Description-
The primary objective of the Director of Children’s Ministry at Trinity United Methodist Church is to create, grow, and effectively manage a Children’s Church Program that will instill meaningful relationships with children, their families, and congregation which will foster growth in faith in Jesus Christ.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2. Three years of successful experience in children’s ministry.
3. Spiritual gifts such as Leadership, Shepherding, and Disciple Making.
4. Three References required.
