ERT Training

October 10 @ 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
$30
When disaster strikes, our communities need hope, comfort, and immediate relief. By joining an Early Response Team (ERT), you can be part of the frontline ministry that provides a caring Christian presence in the chaotic days immediately following a disaster.
What is an ERT?
Early Response Teams are trained to step into disaster zones safely and effectively. ERTs help survivors by:
-Assisting with damage assessment
-Clearing debris and mucking out homes
-Tarping roofs to prevent further property damage
-Providing a compassionate, listening ear to those who are hurting
Participating in ERT training is more than just learning a skill—it is a tangible way to live out your faith. When you clear debris, secure a roof, or simply listen to a survivor’s story, you are literally serving as the hands and feet of Christ to neighbors who have lost everything.
