Learn how mindfulness can rewire your brain, increase your resilience, and promote self-care. When you feel stress, anxiety, overwhelm or depression, teach your mind how break the overwhelming negative thoughts; come out of the mind and into the body. This is the fastest way out of the negative to become present in the moment.
