The Committee on the Conference Journal includes nine members nominated by the Conference Committee on Nominations and elected by the Annual Conference. It is recommended that three be clergypersons and six be laypersons.
The Committee on the Conference Journal works with the conference secretary in the publication of the annual South Carolina Conference Journal and pre-conference reports. More: Annual Conference Standing Rule 65.
