The Council of Bishops of The United Methodist Church is offering scholarships to the 2018 Parliament of the World’s Religions conference, scheduled for November 1-7 in Toronto, Canada.
The Council of Bishops will give scholarships to three seminary students and three others (laity or clergy) who previously have not attended a PWR.
In order to take advantage of an early registration discount, applications for these scholarships are due no later than Monday, August 7, 2017.
The 2015 Parliament of the World’s Religions (PWR) was a huge success, with more than 200 religions sending representatives from around the world.
