Standing Rule No. 29 requires Conference Councils, Boards, Commissions and Committees to submit their informational reports and any recommendations requiring Conference consideration to the Conference Secretary by March 1, 2024 for printing in the pre-conference materials. The deadline is also important to insure that your report can be provided to them members of the Annual Conference in a timely fashion.

REPORTS: Please use the link below to submit your report using the online form that was created for informational reports that are to be submitted by all boards and agencies to the Conference Secretary for the 2024 session of the South Carolina Annual Conference. Once you have completed your report online, make sure you click the blue “submit” button at the bottom of the form. A copy of your report will automatically be sent to the e-mail address provided on the form and to the Conference Secretary. If you do not receive a copy of your report, please contact the Conference Secretary at conferencesecretary@umcsc.org.

NOMINATIONS:  Nominees for all committees, boards and agencies is also due by March 1, 2024. The outgoing class of 2024 should not appear on this new report of nominees. Your report of nominations is to be submitted as a Word file, transmitted by email to conferencesecretary@umcsc.org. If it is not possible to submit a report in that manner, it may be submitted in hardcopy, camera-ready form via regular mail to: Secretary of the Annual Conference, 4908 Colonial Drive, Suite 122, Columbia, SC 29203. Faxed copies cannot be accepted. In an effort to streamline our nominations process, my office will forward your information on to the Conference Committee on Nominations and Office of Connectional Ministries.
