Epworth Children’s Home in Columbia, SC, seeks an individual with experience working with children, adolescents, and families to provide daily care to children and youth in placement. Ability to teach basic life skills. Must understand the importance of being a constant positive role model. Possess a spirit of team work and community support. Open to learning new models of child care. Maintain calm during crisis and understand the value of consistency. Excellent relationship skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field, preferred High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
This position requires employees to work multiple days and overnight each week.
