It has been a long time since we could gather as a district family, and we are looking forward to welcoming pastors, spouses, and children to this gathering. This is our opportunity to meet pastors and their families who are new to our district and recognize those pastors who moved to new appointments within the Greenwood District. We will be at St. Paul UMC, 102 East Butler Ave., Saluda, August 11, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meal will be provided by the district.
While the pastors are in their business meeting, the spouses will be able to meet and get to know each other. Childcare will be provided during these meetings.
Rev. Dr. Stephen L. Love, District Superintendent, reminds all pastors, “Please do NOT schedule vacation or other engagements for this date and time. We expect all appointed and assigned pastors to attend this annual set-up meeting.”
