The Director of Youth Ministries is an important position for Belin’s Youth Ministry (Middle and High School). The Director’s main duty is to build disciples for Christ, equipping them to live and share their faith.
The Director will develop and implement a comprehensive approach to youth ministry while serving as a spiritual leader and role model. The Director will advocate for youth and young adults and educate the congregation about the hopes, concerns, and needs of youth in Belin Memorial and in the community. The Director will help plan, develop, and implement all aspects of a balanced youth ministry.
