Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guide the conference in the use of Information Technology as an effective tool for equipping and connecting local churches
  • Authorized purchaser of computers, peripherals, and other technology needs for the conference
  • Conference Center and District Offices support for computers, peripherals, and other technology devices
  • Planning, design, implementation, and updating of database driven web applications
  • Management of all components of the Local Area Network (LAN) and webfacing servers
  • Data security and reliability
  • Maintenance of computers in the conference center, district offices and other satellite offices
  • Development and implementation of conference, district, and congregational specialists computer issue maintenance, issues and resolutions, manage tracking inventory database of hardware and software)
  • Help Desk for email connectivity
  • Additional support for all Information Technology solutions
