Fathers come in all races, ethnic backgrounds, social status, economic status, and span many generations; DADS seeks to be inclusive of fathers that represent all segments of the population. It is also important to DADS to have a female perspective of the issues facing fathers. To this end DADS has evolved into a structure that will represent a broad spectrum of the population. In other words, its governing body, advisory panel, and staff will be representative of the society in which we live. They are working-class folks, business people, educators, ministers, and lawmakers. They come from all walks of life but have the common interest of turning the hearts of fathers (all parents) to the children. |
